About this address

From about 2015 to 2017 this address held OSS Index, a free vulnerability index run by Vor Security, which Sonatype bought in 2017. The service later moved to an address of its new owner, and this one lapsed. Lockfile Notes is written by new, independent editors. It is not OSS Index, not Vor Security and not Sonatype, it has no connection with any of them, and it does not reuse their logos, pages or data.

What this site does not do

There is no search, no scanner, no audit tool and no API here, and no account to make. Nothing on these pages checks your software.
